Looks like it's changed ownership and they've gotten mean with their servings. Won't put a little bit of what you ask for, you now have to have the x amount of dishes you ordered. Say you ordered medium 4 dish, you can't divide up anything but select 4 dishes. Once, you could order anything that filled your plate. What's the difference? Still the same...
