There are certain areas where kids are Not to explore for their own safety. It is over & beyond an upper embankment,~ heading in an upper right direction from a lower cul-de-sac type carpark, opposite botanical gardens. Evidence left up there is from common male promiscuity & drug used syringes stashed under fallen logs. The council does it's best to regularly clean up that slippery, gloomy area when it can. The people there are not dangerous. It's what they leave behind.
Day time seems perfect for safe outdoor activities, especially community events, ~they are always invigorating in each aspect.
