Lord of Pizzas and Cafe — Restaurant in Hobart

Absolutely pathetic behaviour by the management. We order few pizza dine in for 5 people. When we get there, we asked to wait outside for about 30 minutes. Finally we got one table and as soon as we occupied the owner came in and said sorry you have to give away couple of chairs as other table needs those. It was so embarrassing. His words were not apologetic but rude. Will not recommend to anyone and won't go there ever again.👎👎👎👎👎

#rply Well if you were the person who took the order you better know its was dine in or take away. If you were not then better ask the person who took the order. As you said you offered us table of 4. We were 5 people and grab a couple of chairs more??????? Does it make any sense. And payment for what? Did we have our food? Why should we pay when we made an order 30 minutes in advance (DINE IN), upon reaching we have to wait for another 30 minutes at the end we were thrown out just because you didn't HAVE ONE MORE CHAIR????

And if you had the booking already then you should ask us to make it takeway rather making us wait outside for half an hour. And the way you grab the chair was such a shameful act. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this pizza restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and I was shocked by their unprofessional behavior.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it's unacceptable for staff members to act in such a manner. The behavior of the staff was not only disrespectful, but it also made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I strongly advise the management of this restaurant to take immediate action to address the behavior of their staff. Customers should be able to enjoy their dining experience without having to deal with rude and unprofessional behavior.

Overall, I would not recommend this pizza restaurant to anyone based on my experience with the staff. I hope that the management takes appropriate action to improve the quality of service provided by their staff...

I very rarely leave reviews but this pizza was so incredibly disappointing, it’s a good thing I was hungry otherwise I wouldn’t bother wasting the calories. I decided to stray from our regular pizza place to try Lord of Pizza and because I didn’t want shredded ham on my Hawaiian - the photo of the Hawaiian on the LoP site showed lovely pieces of shaved/sliced ham. What a mistake… the pizza base was so flat it was almost non-existent, the ham was shredded, the whole thing over cooked and brown and dry. The measly three bit of rocket hardly worth bothering with and who puts rocket on a Hawaiian anyway? There was nothing redeeming at all about this pizza and the won’t get a second...
