Mamo Pasta — Restaurant in Hobart

I was a bit disappointed with my order from Mamo Pasta unfortunately.

I was visiting Hobart, it had good reviews and the gnocchi looked nice in the Uber Eats app so I went for it. Unfortunately what arrived didn't look anything like the dish in Uber Eats. Other reviews rave about the gnocchi. Unfortunately I only received a little bit of gnocchi, which did seem nice but was swimming in pure cheese sauce that was really unappealing. The serving size was also really quite small. The garlic/herb bread was nice though (although definitely a premium price at $6 for 4 slices)!

The owner did reach out to me confirming that something had gone wrong with order. They apologised and offered a free meal to make up for it. I wasn't able to take them up on the offer but certainly appreciated the...

Edit after response: Sure if you want to search through your customer records rather than change your practices, fine. Maybe, just maybe, my friend purchased this in their account, so my name doesn't show up. I suppose I could have just been doing an elaborate hoax too leave a fake review, that's much more likely than maybe you guys dropped the ball.

Your memory maybe better if you took less than 4 months to address it, or if you stopped editing...
