Can’t comment on the food here because we actually walked out before it came but went to come here with the family and booked ahead for a table for 4. Got there and despite booking ahead and despite there being two tables of four free, they tried to sit us on the counter at the front window meaning none of us could really talk. Once we asked for a table he said ok sit here, then took a couple glasses of it and walked back to what we thought was grab a cleaning wipe because the table was filthy but then proceeded to serve another table while we stood there. We then asked him to clean the table which he did and we sat and he proceeded to give us just one menu rather the couple of different ones they have (for whatever reason). We then asked for the pork dumplings and he said multiple times no, the only flavours of dumplings they have are here and pointed to a spot on one of the menus. We had to get the other menu back out and show him and he said ok. We ended up just...
Read moreThis place is amazing. As soon as you walk in there are an infinite amount of empty seats, meaning you pick anywhere to eat. That is a star.
The menu is as large as a thesaurus meaning there are also an infinite amount of menu items to choose from. That is a star.
After carefully picking my menu items, the lady at the cashier said my total was $70. After giving her a $100 note, she gave me back $70, meaning I only paid $30 and got so much food!!! That is a star!
There was some red stuff on my plate which was very spicy. I didn’t ask for it. But I love spicy!! That is a star!
After thinking I would only give this place 4/5, my girlfriend told me she loved me for taking her here! I’m never told I’m loved. That is a star!
Overall this place is beautiful and I would recommend if you want good food at a (very)...
Read moreThe service was welcoming and food arrived promptly (there was only one other table occupied). It is a cute place inside. Slightly overpriced menu. It lacked in that oomph of flavour and freshness that we love about Vietnamese food. Bahn Mi was ok - there are far better options in Hobart IMO. Pho was also just ok - we've had tastier. The drinks were nice even if a little costly for the size. Would we return? Nope. Would we recommend? Also no. If you're not fussed on authentic flavours by all means dine here but we...
