T — Restaurant in Hobart

Not sure yet but a lovely lady answered the phone unfortunately only to tell me that they'd just closed so unfortunately the hours below are all incorrect on the fb page. No idea about what description is on the web page re hours maybe they are correct on there? the food looks good and also they do take away wine as well as food and I was hoping for both! Now I'm even hungrier... will still try them out as the lady said that she would have them changed, and even though they were literally about to walk out the door she still asked me how long it would take me to get there... Too bad I don't live...

An underrated sports bar in Hobart! The meals are great if you like typical pub and American style food and there are plenty of sports on offer on the screens. Betting facilities are less than similar vesues but there are other venues close by which can serve that purpose. There's an 8 ball table which is off limits during meal times and a good bunch of regulars. The staff are great too! Provided you're okay with the idea of a sports bar which isn't all that flash or modern, it's hard to look...

The Xmas lunch was delicious and enormous, the soup was lovely, the main course was very oversized, but stone cold. The meat was cooked perfectly but the vegetables were over cooked and cold. The pudding was obviously served a long time before taken to the table, the custard was cold and had a thick dry skin over it, from obviously sitting around in the kitchen. The proprietors had no staff rostered on to help and it became very muddled. No coffee or tea...
