The Local Inverloch — Restaurant in Inverloch

We didn’t try the food but what we did order was bloody amazing!!! We are 1.5 hours away from Inverloch and saw the amount of people ordering from this beautiful little café.

We went over, ordered 1 x berry smoothie and 1 x iced mocha. My partner said you would pay $12 for that smoothie in our area - he thoroughly enjoyed it.

My iced mocha tasted incredible. I’ve had a lot of iced drinks in my life as they are my favourite and this one had to be the best I’ve had. For once, I had a proper tasting coffee. It was actually tasting like coffee, rather than milk!!

The presentation of the drinks was beautiful. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Will definitely be back again when we are...

We just had the most wonderful experience! The coffee was excellent and everything tasted so fresh. There were five of us, so we managed to try nearly the entire menu — and everyone was genuinely impressed with their choices.

The display cabinet was filled with tempting cakes, slices, and honestly one of the best banana breads I’ve ever had (easily in my top three!).

The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a really happy energy. The staff were not only friendly but you could also feel their genuine passion for hospitality.

I would highly recommend visiting — it’s an experience...

We visited The Local for the first time, buying a sausage roll and a Biscoff Slice to take away - they were both delicious.

We went back for Brekky the following day. I had a home made Apple Muffin which tasted as beautiful as it looked, washed down with a perfectly made extra hot skinny cappuccino. Hubby had a turkey, Brie & cranberry toastie on beautiful locally baked bread.

This little venue has a great, very friendly atmosphere and fantastic food made by Tess in the kitchen. Bought a loaf of bread and more biscoff slice to take home to Melbourne.
