My brother and I went yesterday ordered coffee and the coffee was bland, you could not taste it! As a long standing customer my brother asked the barista with the pink hair to please make another, unfortunately it was the same outcome. I personally have never liked the coffee there so I tend to just order elsewhere. My brother has autism and the staff know this but this pink haired staff member came outside and started berating my brother because she said she used a litre of milk just to make him a cup of coffee he liked, she did this in front of all the people in the cafe. My brother who does not like confrontation had a full blown migraine by the time we got home and chest pain, he had double bypass heart surgery in 2021, our experience was devastating as he cannot go back there and his routine everyday for years was to buy his coffee and do his crossword peacefully. I honestly am disgusted and appalled with this girl and management who did nothing. DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE! I was also a worker in hospitality for 13 years and never ever embarrassed my customers over remaking orders, the idea is the customer should...

Ordered coffee beans on Saturday, told they be in store on Tuesday. Called Tuesday and told they were about to place order that day as they only place orders on "WEEKDAYS". The order would be in on Wednesday. Obviously Monday is no longer a weekday ! Not good after being able to pick up as you please. Going to order online in future, they can keep their business! Or maybe they don't want regular customers anymore. NOT AMUSED OR HAPPY ! ! ! ! Just called again, now the order will be in late this afternoon or MAYBE TOMORROW! Order CANCELLED we go to coffee club instead. What a SHAMBLES to treat people this way ! So after cancellation shop calls my son to say order has arrived. Decided to go out and get thee coffee ONLY to go to use it and for the 2nd time running, the bag is just beans and NOT GROUND as per order. Now my wife has to drive to Orion again wasting more time and fuel to get them usable NEVER...

My favourite place to buy a coffee or a hot drink from. They use T2 for their tea range and they are best ever. They are very mindful when it comes to ordering a hot chocolate for kids and all you need to do as say a kids hot chocolate and they will make it warm to the point where a child can easily drink it. I like how I can ask for extra vanilla syrup and won’t get charge more for it. I always like vanilla syrup in my iced coffee or latte. They have a great loyalty program and get free coffee on your birthday too. This place has a huge variety and can even buy their beans too. The only thing I’ve ever been upset about with these guys is the fact they stopped the bonsoy milk. Instead I get almond milk with my coffee for the nutty taste (no I’m not vegan).
