Iām incredibly disappointed. I paid $60 for a cake 2 weeks in advance and received one that was just tacky and cheap looking. The handwriting was absolutely terrible and there was no consistency. Random capitals and lower cases when it should have been āHappy 20th Anniversary Dad and Mumā. Instead it read Happy 20th anniversary Dad and mum.
The display cakes had beautiful writing but the delivered cake looked horrid. When I politely enquired I was told there wasnāt anything that could be done because the cake maker wasnāt there.
After awhile their team decided to pipe over the top of the mistakes which made the mistakes even more of an eyesore. I clearly expressed my disappointment and how it just wouldnāt suffice. One staff member said itās still a beautiful cake no one will notice but unfortunately itās really noticeable and disappointing. No real solution was offered beside a sad and messy retrace job. I reluctantly had to take the cake as the event was soon to commence.
I would have rated this experience zero star but opted for 1 because of one particular staff member.
