Excellent service and atmosphere. This venue has a hole in the wall style set up with a lovely air conditioned leafy dining room to relax in. The windows have a tree that overhangs and glass windows create a peaceful atmosphere and limit street noise. Limited menu options, missing elements for various menu items on a neighboring table. Delicious bought in treats, Gluten Free, Vegan options. ACCESS ✅⚠️There is a ramp. Downstairs car park is a little nasty to navigate. You'll need help with the door to enter the dining area and there's not much space for mobility equipment. NEURODIVERGENT ✅ Very relaxing, good lighting and limited noise from the street. This tranquil space makes it ideal for Aspie's and Neuro diverse homies. 2 ASD people enjoyed coffee and a treat here and found it to be a positive experience as it was a controlled environment with calm lighting and noise reduction.

Absolutely adore Seed, I stopped in after a friend told me to check it out due to their variety of health snacks. The coffee was amazing and the food was fantastic but the peanut butter slice that was gluten free, dairy free, egg free was to die for. Definitely check it out.

Great service and friendly staff in a nice environment. Coffee was good but unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast bagel was not great. The bagel itself was not real bagel, and the omelette was overcooked and dry. We ordered the mexican breakfast wrap and the spices/flavours used definitely did not appear to be mexican. We also ordered the sourdough bacon sandwich and this was just confusing. The bread was definitely not what would be expected, once again the eggs where very over cooked and the roti was just an over cooked hash brown.

We went here for breakfast yesterday, and there was a hair in my food. Not a huge issue. I let the server know, she was lovely and said she'd get me a new one.

A few minutes later however, a different lady came out and started questioning me. "Are you sure it was a hair? Are you sure it wasn't the green thing on top? Well there's OBVIOUSLY something wrong with my eyes..."
