Worst experience of service on Tuesday morning. Met a friend at 8:30am for a quick coffee before an appointment at the hospital. Ordered raisin toast, coffee and tea. Raisin toast arrived after about 10mins but after 30mins still no sign of tea and coffee. Checked with the manager and he said he had a trainee on who was learning the ropes and that it wouldn't be much longer. After 40mins wait we had to leave so went back to desk to ask for a refund. This time a second girl was serving and was extremely rude. When I explained we had an appointment to keep she said we should have allowed more time! 40mins was far too long to wait for a coffee! No apology either. Will never go...

Ordered from this Cafe through Uber Eats and had never eaten there before.

The food was not what was described. Fish and chips were supposed to come with salad and it didn't. I asked for a pepsi and never got it even though we got a cold juice... you would think this would come from the same fridge.

We also got cinnamon toast where a piece of ham decided it wanted to go on a trip.

Also got a milkshake and they didn't have the flavour I wanted so they decided to give me a chocolate milkshake... the flavour I wanted was far from this.

The food was also ice cold when we got it.

Ordered 2 big breakfast. Added baked beans & hollandaise sauce for extra $ Nothing big about it at all but the 4 pieces of bread and the big plate it was served on. Really small serve of mushrooms, 2 of the tiniest sausages poached eggs were cooked to perfection. Bacon serving was good. Just a really soggy hash brown. Hollandaise sauce was too tangy for my liking. Spent $47.95 all in all for me not worth the money spent. Atmosphere needs a lil bit of livening up maybe with some music. Customer service was good. Just wouldn’t go back to try anything else on the menu just from the portions...
