Central Motel Ipswich — Hotel in Ipswich City

OMG This is the worst motel i have ever stayed at, the photo's on line are not what the actual rooms look like so must be very old photo's, the wired glass next to the bed were totally cracked, stains on the walls, the bed covers were stained, the bathroom cabinet is water damaged and looked swollen and disgusting, patch jobs on ceiling and walls that were not finished, the Fire Alarm in the room was missing and only the bracket was there, this is a serious breach regarding safety, the hand soap dispensers broken and dont work, shower curtain rails rusted ||seriously maintenance and up grades needs to take place to bring this motel back to code, there seems to be permanent lettings on site, empty wine bottles left in walk way, the walkway carpets have large wear holes everywhere and is a trip hazard, ||disgusted that they charged $141 a night for a single room that is not up to standard and putting their guest at risk by not adhering to the required standards||i cant believe the reviews stating how good the motel is, this is not correct and i got duded as we believed these reviews DO...

I had rung this gorgeous soul Julie (owner)desperate for emergency accommodation one night for my large family as we were searching endlessly for a motel that would accommodate all 10 of us she chucked in a extra bed too we’ve stayed here just over a week now and are leaving in a couple of days to move into our rental but would highly recommend and thank the owners Julie and Michael for a wonderful stay am truly grateful as they helped me prevent my family from being homeless easy going chilled couple who deserve an award for running an awesome motel we’ll be back for sure as it had all the needs I required for my children may they be blessed 100 times for the services they provide and are also community driven I’ll never forget my stay here we’ll miss Ipswich because of Central Ipswich Motel Thank you so much Julie From The Kora...

The motel looks nothing like the online photos and very misleading!! Unfortunately, the initial look of the motel is extremely disappointing and run down, unregistered cars in guest car park, unused and old furniture and a like sitting in numerous areas around the building and in eye sight.||Room way beyond any type of expected wear and tear!! Holes in curtains, cracked and smashed window next to bed, bed dipping in middle with unclean bed cover. Ramp to room unsafe and slippery. The motel is not having renovations, it is simply run down, unwelcoming and should not still be taking bookings!||No one minds older and clean, but for over $100 per night, this is a joke! I am not sure how the reception desk has an 8+ rating sign!? Not much phases me, but this is not somewhere most people would...
