Booked a table at a Sunday lunchtime as I expected there will be a lot of people by the time I arrive. Lo and behold there were a lot of people when my partner and I arrived in Kiama. Although we were early we were seated quickly by friendly staff. There's not much table service as you order at the counter. I ordered a bacon and egg roll with a side portion of garlic mushrooms. My partner ordered the usual big breakfast. We both had the tropical juice. I would say the food came out in a moderately lengthy time, most likely due to the large number of people. The bacon and egg roll was delicious with a generous portion of bacon as well as egg with a small handful of rocket on the side with a bit of dressing. The side portion of garlic mushrooms were generous as well and came in a separate bowl again alongside some rocket and a bit of sauce. I would say the big breakfast was average with no real wow factor. I liked the tropical juice which was very refreshing and had a frozen strawberry blend slush/cubes in that it'll melt as you drink - very different and clever compared to most juices I had at cafes if you ask me! Might I add the view from the cafe was stunning as well, as it is situated on the main street of Kiama just across the beach.

Service: 4 out of 5 - Nice, Friendly staff, but there was alot of staff working but it too ages for us to get greeted at the door and then noone noticed as we said thankyou and waved on the way out because all the staff was near the counter talking to each other. But the food came out super super fast which was great! Hygiene: 3 out of 5 - Tables were good and wiped clean, but our water glasses we got were dirty and the bottle of tap water that came with them had rust on the bottle of the inside. Coffee: 5 out of 5 - We ordered 2x Ice coffees and they were great! Good size, nice coffee, lots of icecream and the chocolate power on top was great. Food: 4 out of 5 - Burgers were good! We ordered 1x Beef Burger w/chips - Meat patty could have been a little better seasoned but did taste like homemade and fresh, which is good. 1x Brisket Burger w/chips - Meat was nicely seasoned and cooked well, a little to much sauce but it was tasty. I put a little bit of the hamburger beetroot on my brisket Burger and it was very nice so I would recommend getting beetroot on it. Chips were nicely cooked & Seasoned.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful array of pies and warm hospitality. The pie selection at Earnest Arthur Kiama is nothing short of impressive, offering a diverse range of flavours to suit every palate. With each bite, I was transported to a realm of culinary bliss, where flavours melded harmoniously to create a symphony for the senses. The coffee surpassed all expectations, it was evident that every cup was crafted with care. Earnest Arthur Kiama is a haven for pie lovers and was truly an experience to remember.

I stopped with a friend to have a coffee. He ordered a cake as well. The person serving us was very personable and friendly and made us our coffees.my friend ordered a double shot and was happy with his coffee but I told him, although mine looked great and was well made it was weak. I told him you shouldn't need to order a double shot of a well roasted coffee. So. The barista did a great job but was let down by the coffee bean. I will return one day and sample another cup and will update.

Had a beef and green peppercorn pie with a small almond flat white, came to $13,50. Not bad. The pie is really peppery, made with mince. I can't say that the base pastry was very good. It was very thick, not crispy at all. The top was a bit flakey. Service was very good, very friendly and prompt. It's right on the main road heading to the lighthouse. It is quite busy, so obviously popular. Lovely sunny seats outside. They do serve cakes too.

Cute little cafe as part of the kiama welcome center. Lots of beautiful outdoor seating with mismatched tables and chairs. A bustling atmosphere with friendly and helpful service. A large diverse menu with many offerings. I opted for a fresh juice and some table water as I was not hungry and quite thirsty from walking around checking things out. The juice was fantastic. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't try any of the food.
