Given that it is school holidays, you'd think they'd expect to be busy and in turn have adequate staff on. Their system ( if you could call it a system ) was chaotic and buckling under pressure today. Orders were sitting at the counter going cold, not being delivered to tables. Some orders when collected included incorrect items and others were missing items that had been paid for. There was a queue that just seemed to stand still for near on 30 mins. So many frustrated unhappy customers, dirty tables, overflowing bins, cold food and overwhelmed staff coping unfair complaints. They were doing their best. Management should have been better prepared with more staff. Maybe a screen with visible order numbers ready to collect or a microphone so people can hear when order numbers are called out, would solve one problem. Mcdonalds reluctantly down grade

With promises of a better quality dinner with mainlander style and efficiency has cost more than money can buy, thats the patrons who are digusted. The newly built 'upgrade' that many patrons have disagreed, bantered and slandered. Within minutes inside the new building many conversations of ridicule could be heard. The small eating area, the few windows far and wide apart, inadequate lighting with only two cashiers, slower in house service, and broken promises of a automated serving system, many a loyal patrons have been hasty to judge, With ample parking available for 45 cars, the very few tables and small operating area has come at a cost. Able to seat 50-60 patrons when covid lifts many patrons ponder the thought of why and how why would they do what they have done and how much longer will the much loved mcdonalds remain...

Went in last night around 10pm. I get it. I can be that annoying customer coming in before closing the store at 11pm to only do drivethroughs. I ordered a tripple cheeseburger, large fries and 2 frozen drinks and a salted caramel frappe. My friend and i were waiting till 10:40pm.. 30-40 minutes. We were the only people who came in and ordered at the time. The girls at the cafe were talking none stop. We FINALLY got our order. Just to realise that one of our frozen cokes were only half full. Sure. Its $2 whatever. But then i finally got my salted caramel frappe and it was only half full and they were lazy and topped it off with heaps of whipped cream. I asked them to fill it up more because it was supposed to be a large… had to wait another 5-10 minutes while they were all out the back laughing and talking....
