Really enjoyed going to see the Tram Museum with my son, there is a lot of history there to learn for the elderly and the young. I will also like to say what a wonderful job your volunteers have done restoring the Tram and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride on the Tram.

Well worth the visit.

A lovely little museum showcasing some of the historic tram carriages from the area of a bygone era. The staff are super friendly, very passionate rail that are a delight to converse with. Tram rides run daily and are a great opportunity to experience one of these beautiful relics while chatting about Tasmanian rail with these...

Excellent little museum with lots of information about Launceston's tram history. I particularly liked the board that told the history of each tram and where it ended up after it finished service. Definitely take a ride in the tram, the drivers are really passionate and nice

We had a fantastic time celebrating my husband's birthday, a train lover who loves trains and their history. The museum is beautiful, and all the volunteers are wonderful and very helpful. They helped us immerse ourselves in history and enjoy our visit.

Free viewing of the museum and very cheap ticket for a tramcar ride around the campus where the museum is located. Great information from volunteer museum staff, collection has been lovingly gathered, restored and put on display.
