Bizy Bee — Restaurant in Launceston

2 young girls behind counter having a chat with no one but me at counter and was ignored until they finished, not long but made me feel I was imposing on them. This is not the first time I have had this happen to me or seen it happen to others. Been a few times now to know to ask for the Fish and Potato cakes to be re-heated. Ordered a simple Mashed Egg and lettuce roll. Was told to "wait while I look after the re-heating order". Could have said, ok, I knew I would have to wait. Was I bothering her? After asking, confusingly, 4 times for the egg/lettuce roll, she put the cooked order on the table, asked me if I wanted something about the roll I couldn't understand. Said no, assuming it was marj/butter, made the roll while I looked elsewhere as I felt much discomfort from her. Paid and went to car to eat the hot food to find it had not been Salted... this was my mistake?? Opened the roll to find NO LETTUCE. Returned to the shop to ask why. Apparently she asked "if I wanted lettuce" when I said no. Hands on face I said I ordered it 4 times Egg AND Lettuce. Why would you ask me if I wanted lettuce? The kicker was the lettuce was cut in chunks, roll opened, lettuce on, making sure I asked for seasoning this time and wanted to charge me 70cents for the addition so she "wouldn't get into trouble". No trouble, I'm sure the manager sets the tone for the service, the quality, the welcoming atmosphere, the attention to the customer and the happy smiles not the personnel. None of these did I receive. It's simple, I'm just not going back to actually pay for...

I love the breakfast they do at the bizy bee me and my mum have been going here for over 6 years I'm pretty sure it was 2015 the first time I went here we always get the breakfasts with bacon and egg and mushroom and its always sooooo good I have only had one breakfast here that wasn't the best below average but considering we have been going here since 2015 probably over 25 times that's pretty good the meals are really filling and only $10.90 for a big egg, bacon and mushroom breakfast the staff are always nice too if you haven't been here you should and get the breakfast it is...

Customer service was horrible, they need to take notice who has literally just walked in straight up to the counter even though there was a waiting line to be served, serve people that are waiting in line. Food was not fresh and it was cold. While I was there waiting 3 people walked out as they were ignored to be served over people walking straight in off the street. Management really need to give some training on customer service if they can not find people to work there that already...
