On the outside, it may not look like much but there are stalls in Morty's Food Court that will churn out the flavour day in, day out.

The Asian food stalls seem to be pretty busy all the time with high foot traffic, however I must highlight Sri Narayana Indian Cuisine for their crisp, fresh and delicious Masala Dosa.

There is an easy way to tell if a dosa is stale, but in this instance, it was far from that - it definitely was freshly and hygienically prepared. The Dosa batter was fresh, as were the potatoes used in the stuffing.

Presentation was as authentic as receiving it in a local Chennai eatery. Nothing fancy or dressed up, just simple flavours on a steel plate!

I went back a couple of days later to try the Veg Korma with rice in a meal. Again, fresh and hot. The flavours may have been toned down for an Aussie palette, however, still a decent amount of spice and flavour to satisfy a South Asian diner.

Thank you for a wholesome meals, I'll be sure to...

My friend and I went in with KFC, they only had 4 other tables with people on them out of 50, we sat down to eat our KFC with the intention of getting deep fried ice cream after we'd finished out meals (As all the food places in mortys are East Asian foods and the deep fried ice cream was the only thing that looks midly appealing from any of the 5 food places in there). The cleaning staff were sitting down in a corner on their phones and when they noticed us they asked us to leave because we'd brought in other food, didn't even ask if we'd ordered anything or were going to from one of the places in there (like I said we'd planned on getting dessert there). We got up and left straight away. I can see why they've gone down hill in the past years and no one wants to open their businesses...

This place has seriously gone down hill since I visited 5 years ago. Back then I loved the Asian cuisine & there fried rice & asian noodles & tried a few of there other more liquid stir fried & mixes. Back then it was really the best place to eat. But in 5 years it's gone from awsome 5 stars to I think a generous 3 but probably deserves only a 2 star rating now. Reading all of these reviews is a huge let down & so disapointed that this business has been let go & rundown. It could be saved & bought back to its prime if the right person stepped in to run morty's tho & i hope one day it does come back from it's downfall. For now I will steer clear of it & prefer perfect potatoes or...

Good variety of stalls here - Chinese, Japanese, Indian and a noodle shop. We ordered dishes to share + white rice from the CHinese, called East Ocean. Service ladies were friendly and helpful; servings were generous and Cantonese chef’s cooking had ‘wok hey’ and not oily nor salty (which is always great)! Food court was clean and v comfortable too.

Expensive, average tasting food. Almost no, even slightly healthy options. The seating area is daggy, old, banged up and dirty. After we ordered we realised just how gross the surfaces were and wished we'd paid attention before spending so much money. Will not go again.
