KFC Launceston — Restaurant in Launceston

Hello this has got to be the worst KFC on the planet and here is the reason why, one day I went to this KFC in the CBD of Launceston and there was a line around 30 to 50 people going out the door etc etc So I was in the back of the line waiting for around 20mins tops finally I got to the front of the line and I walked up to the counter the woman behind the counter told me to stand back near the window and wait, OMG but sure I will wait. As I was waiting 4 guys walked in through the front door and up to the counter and the woman behind the counter the KFC employee served the guys first after I have been waiting all that time for nothing. This KFC is Trash the lines are Trash and the people who work there don't really care about who is next at all so they are Trash as well, if you want better Service than don't go to this KFC, go to the KFC in kings meadows or Mowbray, but if you do end up going here you will see what I...

Perfection. The experience that rocked through my body mere moments ago has shaken my perception of fast food and can only be described as nothing else but perfection.

The city streets of Launceston blew cold as I arrived at my destination. The doors parted as I felt the warm embrace beckoning me inside. I was greeted at the counter by a ray of sunshine personified, Dylan asked me my order and I won’t forget it for as long as I live, large zinger box with a Pepsi for the drink. Dylan told me it wouldn’t be long and so I stood across from the pick up area. I was a mere 2 metres from him but it felt like an eternity. But before long he called my name, I walked over and reached out, my hand against his as he handed me my food. “Thank you” I whispered as I turned from him and headed towards the door. The burger was good but the chips needed salt overall pretty...

I havent rated the food as I politely asked for a refund after 23 minutes of waiting for 10 nuggetts an 10 tenders. It was not busy when I entered and there were 12 people(walk ins) waiting for food of which I was 2nd. I uber order left, 1 phone pick up and 1 that had been waiting before I entered. I am not impatient, but when you are due to be somewhere by a certain time and a quick bite was in order, this was a good option...not tonight.

Watching the staff operate, I felt so embarrased for them... When I asked for my refund quietly, there was no 'the order is almost ready' or even an apology..... I think more training is needed at this store.I kept my reciept and a time dated photo on completion of refund..... I rarely review... but I thought it was necessary...
