Hello Harry The Burger Joint (Leederville) — Restaurant in Leederville

It looks like a good little place, and unfortunately, it didn't meet the mark. The burger that was giving was thin, unseasoned (apart from butter) and dry, and it seemed to be pushed on the grill, removing any moisture. The burger bun tasted like it was soaked in butter. When told they did make another unfortunately the 2nd burger was dry, flavoured as if it had cheese on it (I don't like cheese)... and the taste seemed like the cleaner that was used for the hot plate. The first had one bite, and the 2nd burger had 3 bits in it, and we asked for a refund. The staff commented, "My manager will ask why." we gave the reason as above, and this did not seem to meet the mark.

The 2 stars for the food is due to the chips were nice. The wrap that was given was dripping with the avocado and oil.. it was nice. Would not give it any more marks as it was below average, I could have...

This place was incredibly run of the mill. I ordered the Aussie and my partner ordered the smash beef burger. They both came out very quickly but I think they must have left the flavour in the kitchen. Initially I thought to myself that the food was good but as I came to my senses I thought it was no better than average. If you are looking for a burger in Leederville grilld is around the corner. Now stay away, and I mean stay away, from the loaded fries. They were no-go for sure, the chips were wet and left me feeling sick.

All in all the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was good enough, but the food without a doubt did not meet the mark.

I can only hope this experience was not an accurate reflection of the standard this burger...
