Pre ordered food for collection a week later. got the confirmation at 10am day of collection confirming collection for 12pm, Arrived at the store to be told our order will not be ready until 1pm, when I asked why we hadn't received a phone call to be advised they replied with we were only just told. I told them this wasn't good enough, I then went back at 1 to be told it was still another 20mins - 30min wait, We had staff already staying back for our 12pm lunch and some of them had to leave which means the ones who did stay back ended up having to wait an hour and a half for lunch and others had to leave which means we had then over catered and half of the food was wasted. When the staff member come out to talk to myself and another lady who were waiting on booked orders we were told they still had drive thru and store customers to look after, I then replied to him and said well we are paying customers as well and we had prebooked our orders so if they couldn't fill our orders they shouldn't have been taking other orders. When we asked for the manager he wouldn't even come out and see us. Safe to say I will never organize catering from this...

I will be contacting The department of Fair work about his obnoxious abusive behaviour towards his staff. As a customer, I am disgusted. I asked for extra honey on my chicken as the last time I ordered it was not put on at all. The lovely girl at the register acknowledged the mistake and put a note on the order through the terminal to put extra honey and check it is done. However a very rude gentleman in the front counter area, who turns out to be owner/manager, told her she can't do that and to charge me for the extra if I want it, which she did. He continued to talk aggressively and abusively to her in front of everyone present, while totally ignoring my presence. Then we get the food home and the 8 piece pack only has 6 pieces. So ring the store and the lady who answers happens to be his wife and gets upset at my description of his bad customer service and being an as#hole. So she hangs up on me.
