Read moreHired a board here with my husband paid $30 each for 2 hour hire. Went to surf and the ankle strap was so worn that it kept coming off in the surf. I was getting smashed by waves trying to constantly put it back on and it was tangling up around me. So dangerous. Ended up giving up and taking the board back after only an hour of hire. Told who I suspect was the owner what was happening and he just said thanks for letting me know. Didn’t offer any resolution or reimbursement after paying for equipment that was faulty. I wouldn’t recommend hiring a board from this place. If you want board hire go to Lorne Surf Shop. The lady there told me it’s $20 for full day hire and the boards looked much better quality. Disappointing experience.

Just because I didn’t eat or stay here does not mean I can’t review the service or equipment I purchased. If you want to maintain a great review score support all your customers. Not just the ones that...
Read morewe ordered two matchas at this cafe, as both of us are matcha lovers, the price being $22 total. the lady at the counter was very rude and not welcoming whatsoever. i asked if they had lactose free milk and it was an immediate “no”, that was very harsh. i opted for oat milk which i never mind paying extra for. however, $22 for two iced matchas is ridiculous. so, i expected them to taste amazing, but when got given them by a kind young blonde girl, they were very light green and it tasted like the worst matcha i’ve ever very had. i had heard the rude lady at the counter make the matcha and ask a coworker “how much matcha to add?” and they added barely anything. we could taste way more milk than matcha. the vibe of the cafe was nice and the views were gorgeous. however, i won’t be coming back or recommending it to anyone...
