Cicerello's Mandurah — Restaurant in Mandurah

Beware if you have an alergy. THEY WILL IGNORE IT on Australia day I ordered a meal with my family. I asked if the chilli mussles portion could be changed to garlic ones or removed as I have an alergy to chilli. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. They would do them in a garlic sauce. We recived our meals and they were good. I tried my mussles but they were cold and a bit watery. So I put them aside. We left soon after and on the drive home I started to have breathing issue's and started to go into anaphylactic shock. I'm lucky my wife keeps an epi pen handy. Still had a hospital stay. My father inlaw who took the mussles home to eat called to warn us that they had chilli in them and it looked like they had been rinsed in water and put in the garlic sauce. I reached out to the resturant after getting out of hospital and didn't even get a we are sorry. I wasn't trying to get a refund or anything else just wanted to make them aware. I've sent e-mails and left phone messages for managment to call me. They just ignored me. If my wife wasn't with me in the car it would have had a much worse ending than 2 days...

We were extremely disappointed with our visit to Cicerello's Mandurah on 1 Jan at 3pm. As frequent visitors to Western Australia, we always look forward to our visit to Cicerello’s Mandurah. This was our first visit to Cicerello's Mandurah in seven years, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. It has gone down hill and this is very disappointing. The one positive was that the seafood was fresh and nice. However, everything else about the experience was negative. The building and tables were rundown and in poor condition. We were unable to adjust our order and were forced to purchase an additional meal in order to get just one additional piece of fish. The customer service was poor, and the toilets were filthy with no toilet paper. It was a holiday period, but this is no excuse for the extensive issues we encountered at Cicerello's. Unless there is significant improvement, we will not be returning to this establishment. You are better finding a fish n chip store and sitting on the beautiful foreshore...

Excellent service Excellent food, because of Covid-19 my partner and I haven't been able to be together in over a year, today was her birthday so I told her we are going out for lunch on her birthday, she told me that I'm crazy. How can we she said so I asked her to go somewhere to sit down for lunch and that we will have a birthday lunch for her, so she did and I went to Cicerello's, in Mandurah, when I got to Cicerello's I ordered a cup of tea sat at a table and video called her, we then proceeded to order lunch and even some of the staff wished her happy birthday. We then sat down her in her country and me at Cicerello's in Mandurah and we had a birthday lunch together over a video chat call she was so surprised and happy it really made her day. Thank you to the staff at Cicerello's I appreciate your hospitality and the food was excellent and the tables were constantly being wiped and cleaned. Thank you all soo much and what a feed I even had plenty to take home for dinner. Once again excellent food excellent team. Kind...
