One of the worst cafĂŠ experiences Iâve ever had. First, they got my order wrong and gave me almond matcha when I had clearly ordered full cream. I pointed it out, and it took them almost 10 minutes to remake it. Even though I had specifically asked for less ice, the remake came packed with ice. When I mentioned it again, they kept insisting it was âonly 3 ice cubes.â They offered to make it again, but I didnât want to waste another 10 minutes waiting, so I just said fine and left.
The real shock came when I finally took my first sip outside and it was disgusting. The matcha wasnât even whisked. I had clumps of dry, sour matcha powder sticking all over my mouth and teeth. It was honestly undrinkable. I ended up throwing the whole drink out after just one sip and ran to Woolworths nearby to grab another drink because I couldnât handle it.
Total waste of money and time. If you actually care about good matcha or decent service, avoid this place...

I asked for my normal order today (large soy latte) and it tastes like just heated soy milk, no coffee tastes at all. The barista seems new and she said âi already put 2 shots, do you want another shot? i can add the third shot in your coffee if you wantâ
maybe they should try learn how to make proper coffee first before becoming a barista. also they seem to be training another staff on making coffee, which is great, but maybe not training them while taking real orders. it just doesnât sound nice for customers when they create the noisy sound while...
