Been here a few times now and it’s always a solid night out. The vibe is pretty relaxed but still energetic. Music is loud near the DJ, but not so loud that you can’t yell a few words to your mates. If you want a proper conversation, it’s easy enough to move a bit further back where it’s quieter. The layout helps with that, with a few different spaces to spread out in.

Drinks are reasonably priced, especially for the area, and the range is decent. You’ll find the usual stuff and a few surprises depending on the night. One of the best things is that it stays open later than most places around, so it’s a good one to keep in mind when everywhere else is closing.

The floor is ridiculously sticky though. Not just a little bit. Like, proper hold-your-shoe sticky. Definitely don’t lick it. I don’t think it’s toffee. It kind of adds to the charm weirdly, but yeah, maybe don’t wear your best shoes.

The staff are a big plus. Always friendly and on the ball, even when it’s packed. Shoutout to the guy with the tattoos on his head, absolute legend. Makes the place feel a bit more personal when you recognise faces behind the bar.

There’s more to do here than just drink and dance too. You can play Jenga, jump on the Wii, or just hang out on the swings. It doesn’t feel like your usual bar, and that’s what makes it worth coming back to. Whether you want to party, chill out, or just do your own thing, it’s got a bit of everything.

What a sick venue! DJs are absolute killer no matter who is playing! Wednesday and Sunday nights are the best here, with backpackers and hospo crew showing the crowd how to party! Giant jenga is a great activity, especially to start the night with a group. The giant connect 4 is a great option for you and a friend to play, or even playing teams or setting a comp style game makes the night more fun to be had! Drinks are priced so well that your bank will not be mad at your spending the day after Massive spirit range, fizzers on tap and a great selection of bottled beers to keep you going The private room is a great option for your event planning also, with the option to connect your own tracks to a Bluetooth speaker getting you and your mates in the right vibe you need! If you head down on a Wednesday they have $1 hotdogs and $5 drinks til midnight; an absolute bargain you will not wanna miss! Whether you’re wanting chill vibes in the front room or after some banging tunes to dance the night away, this place is surely not one...

The bald tall security guard (33) was the absolutely rudest man I have ever met, my friend and I came out for a smokers and we were refused entry and when we tried to come back in, after we were told it was fine, he was so aggressive it was unbelievable. We tried to reasonably discuss with him and he insisted we couldn’t come in unless we paid despite coming in during free entry, when we tried to argue that we had been in previously and even when the other security guards agreed with us and vouched for us so many times that we had been inside the venue, he got more and more aggressive and then insisted we weren’t allowed in after that because we were too “drunk”. He was the most insecure and unreasonable man I’d ever seen I couldn’t believe how inconsiderate and how little respect he was treating with us, it was...
