If you choose to order through the Ritual app, you are denied the opportunity to qualify for the Anda loyalty reward collection. It's unjust that customers can't earn rewards from both Ritual and Anda simultaneously. As supporters of both platforms, we feel penalized for choosing convenience. This policy is anything but fair to loyal customers like us. While the coffee is good, the frustration over this loyalty program issue taints the overall experience.
