Anda Cafe in Melbourne is a charming spot that combines a cozy atmosphere with great food and coffee. I am deeply disappointed with the cafe's loyalty program policy. If you choose to order through the Ritual app, you are denied the opportunity to qualify for the Anda loyalty reward collection. It's unjust that customers can't earn rewards from both Ritual and Anda simultaneously. As supporters of both platforms, we feel penalized for choosing convenience. This policy is anything but fair to loyal customers like us. While the coffee is good, the frustration over this loyalty program issue taints the overall experience.

I receive 25 points as a reward, equating to a $13 expenditure on the ritual application. Given the conversion rate of 1000 points to $1, a mathematical analysis reveals that a $520 expenditure is requisite for accruing 1000 points, resulting in a $1 reward. In contrast, the conventional physical stamp card system grants an upsize or free cup for every 5 orders, presenting a perplexing...

I would give 5 stars for the coffee but thats it!!! customer service wise zero!!! one time they forgot to give me a lamington and although i went back and advised they wanted to say that i didnt order it!!!! well look at the reseipt a coffee and a sandwich does not cost over $19..with a little struggle they gave me what I paid for!!!!! If I pay for something I expect to be given what I ask for!!! after saying excuse me one so i can ask the question the girl making the sandwich ignored then i said it a bit louder and she turned around. I asked my question and she rolled her eyes. when i told the so called manager who wasnt even there at the time came back saying she didnt roll her eyes..i am not blind!!!!! will never go there again..plenty of other cafes around the same area where customers are appreciated and customer service is a must!!!! Avoid this place if you want good service go...

Now this was an unintentional find. In search of a Reuben, I stumbled across here and was not disappointed. The interior could do with a lil glam up but the service was great and the food was exceptional. The reuben had even amounts of filling with the addition of cheddar cheese which I wish was Swiss but was happy with the end result nonetheless. The bread was salted and the dill infused house sauce was so good! Perfectly toasted too. What caught me off guard though was the Caesar sandwich. This was elite - the bread was soft and spongy, the sauce was insanely good and the chicken was juicy. I honestly couldn't fault it and was talking about it for days afterwards. If it was a special (I can't remember), it needs a permanent fixture on the menu for sure! A hidden gem in plain sight and worth a return trip!

I don't see much advertising for this place, but I noticed it when I walked past and decided to check it out. It turned out to be decent. The restaurant is run by an Asian family, and their signature dishes were quite impressive. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, but I found it to be a bit small. In some parts of the sandwich, I only got batter with a little bit of chicken. Additionally, there was an overpowering flavor of a green herb that I can't quite describe, which was a bit strong. I would have preferred if the flavors of the salads and pickles stood out more. The breakfast muffin was decent too, and I added a hash brown. However, there was quite a bit of sauce in it, which was overpowering at times and masked the flavors of the sausage patty.
