Can you ask the delivery truck to move on quickly, instrad of making us feel like we’re in the middle of a construction zone for long periods of time. You’ve been disrupting us residents through these loud deliveries. This is a residential area and we’re trying to have some quiet and peace in our own homes?! If you would let us?! Regret my own apartment because of this shop, respect the area you’re in, find an alternative way to deliver stock so people can have peace!!!

Also decided to never buy from you again for this very reason, no respect, and disruptive, also, your staff drag these chairs & furniture at the start & end of the day SO loud, seriously, very disrespectful. Couldn’t have imagined a more annoying shop near my apartment, look at the cafe next to you who do not cause any disruption & are nothing but a pleasure to look at & for our area. As well as all other shops on this street who do not disrupt everyone with their goings on.

Recently visited this new store and I really liked the fresh and modern interior and there was natural light throughout the store.

I must say it will take you awhile to decide on the flavours as there were so many to choose from. You literally have to walk from one end of the display to the other to see all the range of flavours they have. We finally decided on the watermelon sorbet, the vegan peanut butter jelly, coconut and pandan and the kinder suprise.

Really enjoyed the textures of the ice cream as they were so soft and smooth and the peanut butter jelly flavour had nuts on top which gives it the extra crunch. The gelato are made on site at the back of the store behind the glass windows and you know its fresh. They do have a menu for milkshakes and there are cakes on display as well if youre wanting something other than gelato

Augustus has always been on my to try list and finally I got a taste at their Essendon store. A bright and spacious space, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings, this is the place to go to for your ice cream fix.

With a wide variety of flavours to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice here. We tried the coconut pandan, vegan PBJ, kinder surprise and watermelon sorbet. The sorbet was incredibly refreshing and light on the palate, while the other three flavours were creamy and smooth. Textural elements came in the form of nuts (kinder surprise and PBJ) and desiccated coconut (coconut pandan). Flavours were on point, and absolutely delicious.
