I agree with terrible service, I went there today on a lunch break, got the pack of six croissants and Custard Almond swirl, I looked at one plastic pack and I said I think I will take the other one, it seems overcooked, the lady said, you have touched it you have to take, by then I already paid found it very offensive, I said I will return if this is the attitude, first I thought she is joking and due to mask I could not understand so I tried understanding it but it seems she was being rude.

In my mind thoughts like are they fresh now - so next time ask for fresh ones from cabinet let them work. She has put a doubt that these may not be fresh.

May be the rude attitude is because of different background.

Probably need more customer focused staff who can at least have the courage to ask if you need the fresh or is this alright.

Terrible service, disgraceful, waiting to be served, yet the teenager they had behind the counter didn't even acknowledge I was there, she served two people that walked up after me, and when I questioned her about it she had the audacity to snap back at me, maybe she was still half asleep who knows. Won't be coming back !!!!

Poor service. Not the first time I've experienced this here. I was ignored and not served multiple times even though I said I was next AND after the team had acknowledged me. I needed a carry bag and asked for one and was told i had to pay 10c for one, this was straight after another customer asked for one after his transaction and was given one and didn't have to pay.
