Coffee may be as good as any other Cafe around the area, so we can't fault them on the cofee. The issue here is the people. There is a man who can onmy be compared to a robot. You say good morning or hi or whatever it is you say ro great someone when conducting a transaction, he would look at you with a dead look and he doesn't even ask what you would like until you tell him yourself this has happened on at meant half a dozen occasions since i moved to the West. I also came one morning where there was a woman Barista, which continued to clean up and wash dishes whike I wait. She saw me, but didn't even give any acknowledgement. I had to ask, if you had finished cleaning, I would like to order, she frowned and asked what I wanted. I try to avoid this place as it is not in the immediate vicinity of my new residence, in fact, nit even in the same suburb, however, I come to the Coles there as they make certain flatbread I...

They are having a $2 deal for small coffee and when I ordered $2 latte the barista was showing me his bad attitude ( I guess because we only ordered $2). I told them they should have called me when it’s ready. At the same time, both of the barista and waitress shouted at me “ wait here, not over there”. That was very rude both of them. It’s is very important to be nice to your customers no matter how much they purchase. If you guys are the boss, I feel very disappointed for your business. I would never ever come back this...

After waiting at the counter for quite a few minutes, the barista standing right in front of me clearly avoiding me, I asked politely if there was someone else taking orders. She looked at me like she hated her life and the fact that I was in it, "I'm just making coffees right now, I'll be with you in a minute," she snapped. Yeah, no. You won't. I left. I'd rather buy cold can coffee from Coles than be spoken to like that.
It's not hard. Upon my approach had she simply said hello, a small acknowledgement just let me know she would be a moment, I'd have waited patiently, but to ignore a customer and then snap at them for asking a question. Nope, not okay.
