Awful! The meat had a strange salty, cured and them smoked again taste and smell. I had a bite and spat it out. My staffy Ruffnutt, didn't like it, gave it to his mum and sister, Rippa knocked the dish over and Popple ate it but had a bite, then walked away, then a half hour later, had a bit more - 3 hours later, she had only eaten about half of it. She usually eats her food before it hits the dish, no joke. And she had diarrhoe all the next day. And anyone who's ever met a staffordshire bull terrier knows the soof s... literally, that they'll eat, and that they have cast iron guts. Not with takeaway from here. And a good souvlaki is still impossible to find anywhere nowadays, yet they're so go - unless they're so so bad. You can guess which is applicable...

Never ever go to Souvlaki GR Braybrook (Ballarat Road, next to Coles). I’ve given them more than enough chances — this isn’t based on one bad day. Every single time I’ve been there, I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes or more for my order, even when the place didn’t look that busy.

They always say they’re “busy,” but honestly, the staff act like they have all the time in the world. No urgency, no customer service, no energy. The way they walk around, talk, and work — it feels like they’re doing you a favour by even taking the order.

As someone who genuinely loves souvlaki, this is upsetting. The food might be okay when you finally get it, but the overall experience? Terrible. There are much better Souvlaki GR branches around — skip this...
