Billy's Boulevard — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolutely the WORST dining experience I have ever had. Booked a table for 7:45, arrived on time to find a queue of people to enter the restaurant- so we lined up for 15 minutes, got to the front and told the waiter of our restaurant booking. She told us to wait inside for a couple of minutes while they sort out our table. They kept piling people inside the restaurant to wait for tables (we were basically standing over people's shoulders while they ate!) finally 30 minutes later (what a joke) they take us to a table. We order our food and drinks (2 drinks took at least 20 minutes to arrive, and a bottle of water came after about 30 minutes-but with no glasses to drink it!). Our entrée never arrived despite us asking at least 2 waiters. After an hour, 1 of the 3 main meals arrive. 5 minutes later we see a waiter walking around with what looked like the remaining 2 meals- but after a lap of the restaurant he proceeds back to the kitchen. 10 minutes later the same waiter comes over with the same plates.... food was very average. Pizzas very soggy, pasta very average. By the time we finished our meals it was now after 10pm. We proceed to pay the bill and find another queue (surprise, surprise) of customers lining up to pay, only there is no attendant at the register to put through the transactions. We ask a passing waiter to please get the queue moving but she told us her manager had to do it. Finally the manager arrives and 15 minutes later we finally pay! No apologies for the wait of course! We were very happy to finally leave and will happily NEVER return! Do not waste your time here. Food very average and over priced, don't bother booking because you have to wait for your reserved table. Overcrowded restaurant...

Worst service.

9 months ago I have given them 5 star review due to onwers best customer sercive. I have now changw my mind due to the last visit.. We reached at 1245 and as you know it take time to get parking my wife was in the resturent at 1248 and i was excatly in the resturent at 1251. I was checking the menu for breakfast. At 1255 all of sudden lady came and advised breakfast is close as per instruction by the chef. It was not even 1pm.

She should have told us before allowing us to sit and look at the menu. Anyways the problem started when an aussie lady at the counter became very rude and talking with very negative tone and condasending voice " chefs dosent work for the resturent. You should come early next time" I was frankly very diappointed with her. I know this review might not going to change any of their attitude however on my endvibhave told my family and friends who live in Roxy , Cragi etc to not visit this resturent due to their very bad...

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Came to billys for a work social night out and turned into absolute disappointment. There were 26 of us and all our foods were horrible, everyone that ordered chicken dishes were absolutely dry as anything. Don't know how they ruined a simple chicken salad but they did. Don't even get me started about the steak dishes. I ordered a medium steak (was the most toughest and dry steak) and not only did I get the wrong steak but when they took my plate they to give to the correct person they tried offering the steak I took a bite from to the correct person, that ordered it otherwise tbey would have to wait for a fresh one I'd be definitely be calling the health department on that one. Not only the above but the customer service was rubbish. The young girls there are so rude and full of attitude. If i was them I'd be looking for new chefs to be honest.
