Hi, I will always understand that it is hard to open a restaurant. Regarding the restaurants reply to my honest review is very disheartening as I had only reviewed to ensure that they can improve next time. I had stated that I would like to come back to a better experience with their food and enjoy eating the meals.

Chicken pho is usually made with pure chicken broth (another customer could easily be allergic or choose not to eat specifically beef - this may need to be disclosed on the menu or to the customer). I have eaten at more than 20 different Vietnamese pho restaurants and they all had chicken broth for their chicken pho. If they had beef broth together with chicken broth, they made sure to tell me this before I finished my order.

In terms of you saying in your reply that you wished we had discussed more with you in person - we did ask if this is chicken broth or not and did ask for salt . We do not want to start an argument in the restaurant.

I understand chicken breast is already dry but as I said previously, your chicken was extremely dry that it was very hard to chew and enjoy the pho. This is a very harsh truth and I hope there is something done with the chicken and pork. I only want to help your restaurant to gravitate it towards better customers and better reviews. It’s a shame that you have been attacking rather than taking in what myself and other customers have tried to relay.

Fair point on your calamari being crispy and not the traditional salt and pepper calamari but it easily went from 7/10 to 10/10 with a small pinch of salt. (Which by the way during my time there, we asked for salt 3 times).

If you fail to refine the recipes or improve the dryness of the meats, it may be detrimental to your business. Additionally, please take this review as a way to better communicate with your customers rather than berate them for being honest. I don’t think Gordon Ramsay would have...

my friend and I walked in here and got seated on a seat covered in left over food from the last customer. the waitress served us and I asked for an item on the menu but they were "sold out" and it was only 8pm, also asked for a lemon lime bitters and the staff had no idea what it was and offered me "lemon bitters" ? after saying yes to that and then having to change my order cause they were "sold out" the staff (waiter / bartender and waitress ) were running around trying to find "Lemon bitters" when eventually the waitress came over and said they they don't have it. both waiter and waitress looked like they had no idea what they were doing or even knew what was going on, plus there was a language barrier. after my friend and I got our food, we were quickly dissapointed, my "crispy pork bao" was in no way shape or form "crispy" the pork was so slimey and gross I took it out and just had the bao with the other toppings (lettuce, cucumber, pickled carrot), my friends chicken pho tasted so weird that we couldn't even pinpoint what we were tasting. My friend has been here multiple times and loved this place, hence why we came but she said that her pho didn't taste the same as usual. she had a few more sips of her pho she decided that it was time to leave, our whole experience was bad from start to finish AND we still had to pay for food that were we didn't eat/liked. never coming back again. not clean, poor service and more training for staff needs to be implemented asap. this was on a Tuesday! can't imagine what this place is like on a Saturday night.

I'm no gordon ramsay but far out, step...

Fantastic food, consistently, flawless and delicious .

Id had food delivered from uber before. Loved it so much, I went in person on a week day lunxhtine. Chilled relaxed and cosy vibe. Friendly sweet helpful staff speak good English

I Loved the eggplant fries and house made Hanoi crab spring rolls Very affordable, generous serves.

No delays in service. Kitchen had a busy restaurant plus lots of orders quietly collected/takeaway. Obviously a well run place with loads of hospitality experience and behind the scenes here.

I had a taste of the crispy calamari which was devine, despite its boring presentation. My taste buds certainly had no complaints. Calamari was light tender, not chewy and the passionfruit mayo was a revelation. Mouth smacking gorgeous. AAAAA++++.

The day I went, customers were a mix of students, ladies in leisure wear, retail workers, suits, real estate types, hi vis wearers, plenty of grans and grandads, young couples. Perfect for people watching!

Extensive wine beer cocktail...

Cha ca La Vong (CháșŁ cĂĄ LĂŁ Vọng in Vietnamese) is a Vietnamese grilled fish dish, originally from Hanoi.[1] The dish is traditionally made with hemibagrus (or ca lang in Vietnamese), which is a genus of catfish.[2] The fish is cut into pieces and marinated in a turmeric-based sauce, which often includes shrimp paste or fish sauce, ginger, and chili peppers. Sometimes, saffron is used instead of turmeric. It is then lightly grilled over charcoal. The dish is served in a hot pan coated with marinade sauce and herbs, particularly dill. Other herbs, such as scallions or basil, may be included. It is eaten with vermicelli rice noodles (bĂșn in Vietnamese)[3] and peanuts.[1][4][5] Cha Ca La Vong is considered a delicacy in Vietnam, as it is nearly exclusively served in restaurants and is not found in street food.[2]

Unfortunately the worst Vietnamese restaurant I have been to. Service for food was painfully slow. Restaurant only seemed to have 2 chef (and the kitchen was not clean when passing through to go to the bathroom) and 1 waitstaff. Food was bland, expensive for what it was and the ‘fresh rice noodles with vegetables and tofu’ was super oily with vegetables being beansprouts, capsicum and onion. Not much vegetables in there. Hanoi style spring rolls had no taste. Chicken ribs were nice. Pho was not authentic and when did pho take an hour to serve?? Pork Bao had overcooked pork that was chewy and inedible. Cannot recommend and won’t be back.
