Sharetea Carnegie “Under New Management” — Restaurant in Melbourne

Really disappointed with the service. Me and my partner are loyal customer of this place because it has a good taste. But today really disappointed with the service provided by the girl with glasses. I always use membership card to purchase in any sharetea store. But this sharetea store is abit unique with their own loyalty card (stamp only this store). So I usually provided both and both usually being applied by different staffs. Today the new lady with glasses didn’t take it and said that’s the loyalty card works. There was no customer queuing behind me. And she charged me extra with loyalty card?

I can understand if it’s busy you need to hurry But when there’s no one with 3 staffs. At least help customer to save money between membership card or loyalty card. The lady just processed with the most expensive without...

iF it weren’t for corona i’d be here every single day ! sUch an amazing shop, bright and Colourful displays and the staff are so friendly and patient. i’m always struggling choosing between drinKs but they’re always willing to recommend new drinks to trY and have never been disappOinted !! once i was recommended their best selling yogUrt, the sticky Purple rice one i think ?? i got it with 100% becAuse they said it was made with a greek yogurt base and reducing the sugar will bring out the sour greek yogUrt taste. definiteLy no regrets, even tHough i get most of my drInks with 0% sugar, i would definiteLy recommend the yogurts wiTh 100% because One time i tried my friend’s with 50% and it was extremely sour but noNetheleSs sTill really good. once corona is over, they’ll deFinitely be seeing...

I ordered a pearl milk tea - very basic. 50% sugar and no ice.

1. I ordered a regular and received (and got charged for) a large
2. I ordered no ice and received ice. This is because the two girls making my drink did not add a large enough volume to make a large drink (I was watching). So they compensated.
3. the drink tastes like water. I'm fairly certain they added water to bring up the volume of the drink.
4. The service was incredibly slow. There were 6 employees standing around doing nothing. The guy that ordered after me also received his drink earlier than I did.

If I'm paying $7.60 for a drink, I want to enjoy it. This was a waste of money. I've had good drinks in the past, but I don't think I'll be back. 4 issues for one drink...
