Very disappointing experience! We were there lunch time yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday. Initially, the service were very slow (the restaurant was not full at that time), every time we asked for something, we were always told: "wait, or later", feeling like that we were not welcomed. The last straw for me was when I got the bill, they actually charged an item called "cake cutting fee" of $15 for cutting a small birthday cake (we brought in) to serve 6 people. the waiter didn't even tell us that they charge fees for cutting our cake, if I would know this, I would cut the cake myself, it is ridiculous to charge $15 to cut a small cake! and without inform us beforehand for the hidden charges. This will be our last time dinning in...

To top it off, they provided three complementary desserts: a fruit platter, sweet red bean soup and steamed tarts. The service is also...
