ordered pancakes crepe. The pancake was burnt and the staff didnt ask me if i wanted dough stick or cracker. I asked if they have ceacker option the girl give me a face like she wants to start a fight. And she told me if i dont tell her, she assume it is dough stick. She definitely not from china and dont know dough stick causes dementia and now days chinese people prefer crackers. Worst service, never come back👎👎

To reply you: I didnt agree, you are a scary crazy woman that want start a fight. I said dont worry about it because you were yelling at me. I throw it in the bin straight away because I dont want eat the pancake that gives me dementia. Been coming here for over a decade, ordered the usual, bbq pork crepe/ pancake, traditionally this crepe was filled with a good amount of bbq pork, cheese, baby spinach, mayonnaise and bbq sauce, tomato and lettuce was served on the side. Now all we got was a tiny amount of pork, no baby spinach and filled it with lettuce, warm lettuce, i asked them why and they laughed and said we have been always doing it like this, now thats a lie and very sneaky, it took me over 10 minutes to explain to them that i did not want a crepe filled with warm lettuce, mind you the price also has gone up, the reason they gave was baby spinach is to expensive even though they put the price up. Customer service was very poor and very rude!! I definitely will not be...

To the chef making the Jianbing, could you please wear a mask while talking? Your saliva is getting all over the food—how am I supposed to eat that?!

PS: Would you believe me if I told you I saw droplets from the chef’s mouth landing on my food? Regardless of whether it’s a pandemic, chefs should wear masks while cooking. Talking naturally produces droplets, which can easily land on customers’ food. Isn’t this common knowledge? Moreover, there should be laws mandating that chefs wear masks. Imagine if I gave you a mask I’ve spoken through to wear—would you want to? If wearing a mask is uncomfortable for chefs, perhaps they shouldn’t be in this profession.
