Chasers Nightclub — Restaurant in Melbourne

Went to see Elyssa Edwards, paid for a meet and greet. Ticket said starts at 7 so we arrived and wasn't told where to go to meet her. So we thought maybe there would be some signs since no one was directing us but there wasn't. We figured out that the meet and greet was upstairs which was cool since the view upstairs was much better but we were asked to leave and moments later the upper level was then opened to the general public we paid more, we should have gotten to atleast stay. Sound system was awful and the Dj played the same 3 songs for an hour or so. Sticky floors with parts of the flooring coming up near the bar. Bar girl that served us was more interested in chatting to her colleague instead of returning our card when paying for drinks....

I have been clubbing a long time. I also have been here plenty of times. This last time I found security to be the most rudest and arrogant people I have ever dealt with. The toilets need a revamp and to be fixed. We asked for an ice pack for a hurt ankle and was giving ice cubes in a towel which was fine but staff clearly don’t know where first aid kits are if any in the establishment. For a gay club I wouldn’t class it as very friendly at all. I have never felt so disrespected by staff in my life. I understand you can get some clowns out but honestly if you don’t like your job get a new one. Security acting like police officers and swearing and rude over nothing. Quite disgusted I think I will stick to the other gay venues...

Its a great hangout. Don't expect that it is posh or fancy just different. I was there for the after party from Smalltown and had a mega good time. The music was not too loud so you still where able to talk to others. It is nice to see management getting realy involved that everybody has a good time. You dont find that very often. Maybe one thing which needs improvement is that there are no hand drying facilities at the ladies rest rooms. Otherwise its worth to go and have a great night! And by the way I stayed there till 4am in the morning and there was still lots of people. I think a nightclub has the right to close early if there are not enough people around if that explains some comments of...
