Had a horrible customer service expertise at this store on the evening of 18th of September.
Ordered 2x 6 nugget combos with Pepsi Max via KFC app just before 9pm, went in store to pick up, staff announced with a very flippant and rude tone that they didn’t have any Pepsi Max cans, and said we could have regular Pepsi.
We said no we need sugar free so she offered water. We said we don’t want water, please just refund the drinks. She said she can’t do that, we have to do that via the app.
I said I don’t think there’s a refund option in the KFC app, she said yes, you need to say item missing, then they can provide the rest of the meal.
I asked if there were any Pepsi Max bottles instead, she said yes but we would have to pay $2 extra for each one. I said I wasn’t doing that, and asked why they couldn’t just solve this for me without me having to do anything further through the app or pay for something extra when I had already paid for something that it turned out could not be provided.
She shrugged and said she couldn’t help, so I told her to just cancel the whole order and give me a refund. She said she can’t do that, it needs to be done in the app. I said that didn’t sound right, but she insisted. I said fine, I’ll do that and left the store to find a different KFC.
While my partner drove, I attempted to refund via the KFC app and could not find any option to report a missing item, let alone refund.
I've sent the above to KFC customer service 10 days ago and haven't heard anything or received any...
Read moreI’d like to strongly complain about the Asian female manager, her name was Kum or Khum (could be incorrect). Me and my wife went there around 12:00pm on 16th, Feb, 2024 and ordered a family burger set and paid.
After receiving the item, I’ve found the order was incorrect so I’ve asked the waitress to exchange. She told me to pay $10 extra, however, the difference was $5. I’ve pointed this out and she understood, so that was ok.
Suddenly, the female Asian manager (I’m an Asian too) stepped into the conversation and telling off the waitress loudly in front of other customers. She told me that I can’t exchange because I already received my order and left the shop. However, I event didn’t step out from the shop at all.
I’ve asked the manager to exchange nicely with extra $5 and she told me that she has to throw away the item, which was incorrectly served.. Ok, if you have to throw away, do it, none of my business. I just wanted to get my correct order.
I paid the difference and they were packing for me. Again, the manager told me if they pack in takeaway, we are not allowed to consume in the store.
I was having some with my wife in the shop and was going to bring back for kids. I never heard that you can’t consume their items in their shop.
The manager was very cranky and unreasonable, also unprofessional. I feel very sorry for other staff who have to work under this kind of manager.

Read moreI've eaten here before and It's normally hit or miss. Sometimes they make the chicken fresh and it's pretty good. Other times it's been 3 employees having a conversation at the front desk with tons of chicken behind them. One time the bone was already broken and the skin around the bone was pink. But on 18/10/2017 myself and 3 friends went and sat down. My mates are eating when all of a sudden i see this grey thing. I keep looking and i'm like "is that a mouse?". My mates are confused and i tell them to look under the stair. One of my mates said "it's not a mouse" it then immediately moved a full foot closer to us. We all saw it and knew fully that it was a mouse. It then stayed there for about 10 seconds looking around. Turned to face the left wall and run up a whole it must have dug between the red plastic and the edge of the stair.
