Ordered my drink online. Came in store and waited at least 20min. I get it. It was busy! But… I saw them make my drink and then leave it… my drink was just sitting there and neither of the girls called out my name or number!! 5 min later, ended up going to the front and asking them if the drink was mine. It was! But I wasn’t even acknowledged. Even after repeatedly saying ‘excuse me!’ I know every other customer could hear me… Maybe people at Chatime are missing their hearing aids today? Not sure. Haphazard, slow service, rundown store. I ordered 3 drinks. They made one, then made drinks for other people that ordered after me, then made my second drink and made drinks for another two people that had ordered later. Finally they made my last drink. When I asked why my drinks were delayed, they explained "we make the drinks in tandem". I could make no sense of their process at all. It took 20 minutes to get my three drinks. There was a new hire there who was absolutely amazing, one of the nicest people I have encountered, carrying high energy to me and my friend. Additionally, he recommended drinks, kept asking us how we were and remade a drink for my friend who had accidentally split it.
