Crust Pizza Bentleigh — Restaurant in Melbourne

That was a terrible order and an even worse experience. Everything was stone cold and one of the items was on par with a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Crust failed me with the food and menulog failed me with the delivery. 3 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. We got another delivery to cover the cold pizza but still it was missing pepperoni. I spoke to the restaurant who said "I made it myself and put pepperoni on it, it is under the cheese". There was about 4 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza (photo added, where's the pepperoni?). When I called again, they said they would speak to menulog and refund the pizza (not the order) which I was happy with. Then when menulog spoke to them they refused to refund it and only refunded the pepperoni ($2). Waste of my time and the helpful person from menulog support. Don't order from here, rubbish food, rubbish service and rubbish staff that lie to get you...

A few months ago I ordered the cheese pizza which was fantastic but the Mac&cheese wasn't up to my expectations. I cant find it on the menu anymore but I specifically added to the instructions no onions as someone with health issues I cant have it.

My order came in a paper box WITH onion on Top. The mac and cheese was for sure microwaved, wasn't fresh at all.

Two days ago I said to myself I will give another try and I ordered bolognese. The uber driver brought it to me WITHOUT a plastic bag, so it was sitting in his car just in the paper cylinder box and plastic lead. The pasta wasn't edible, so much tomatoe which caused me heartburn with barely any mince.
