I ordered from dominos in st kilda east today, and got a notification that my order had been delivered, when it hadnt (assuming the driver delivered it elsewhere). Attempted to contact store 4 times with no answer. Attempted to get in touch with someone from UberEats, to which I’m yet to receive a response or a call from anyone. That was hours ago. I eventually drove down to dominos where they had 2 staff working, neither of whom were wearing a mask, and 4 guests sitting indoors. I requested to speak to a manager, and was advised there’s no manager on shift. I explained the situation to the employee Haith, who abruptly advised me I need to contact UberEats (and we all know how that went). I asked him why they don’t answer the phone, to which he snapped back and advised me they don’t answer calls when they’re busy. (Again, only 4 guests in store, and took a good 7 minutes to even acknowledge i was standing at the counter waiting to be served). The dominos employee Haith offered me to make my order, but due to his negative and rude attitude, and the fact that there wasn’t even an ownership of their error (the driver was a direct employee of dominos), I requested a refund, to which he advised me he will process (which I don’t believe will actually happen). I was met with an angry young I don't know what on the phone because the way he spoke to me was no man. Horrible person who proceeded to say it was my fault that this has happened, and basically made me stupid for calling when that's what i was instructed to do. I have never in my life heard or experienced such bad customer service and this person shouldn't be allowed answer a phone or ever communicate with your customers because it was nothing short of abuse on the phone followed by hanging up. When I just said I was litreally instructed by your website to call the store. An absolute joke your employee clearly has bigger problems going on and has chose to take it out on paying customers and should maybe get a job anywere other then customer service. Read moreIts sad to say but I fear dominos has gone down hill of late. I strayed away from my usual staples of chicken bbq thin pan with tropical pineapple to find myself venturing through to the fiery gates of pizza purgatory.
The BIG new york range is big. However that appears after 2 attempts to be the only bonus. I have procured the philly cheese steak this evening and lets just say it is the definition of a very sad pizza indeed.
Plain bland sad skimpy not tasty cheese and dried up shrizled gross mushroom that seem to suit this vile creation perfectly.
Very limited on steak.. was just sad.. soo soo sad. Dont waste your time and be tricked into a larger model. Stick with what you know. Pizzas are getting sadder every time i try dominos even now i have found better value and passion thru alternate food...
