I used to work here and broke my femur falling off their poorly maintained e-bike with worn tires. The store is also very dirty in general which says a lot about the management of this store. They also took 3 weeks to put me on the payroll after I reminded the manager like 3 times and it wasn’t until I called head office that they did. Another rider broke his wrist the day after me. And no apology for any of this either. Management can’t take responsibility for their mistakes. It’s shocking that this store is run by the same franchisees today. One of the franchisees (Dilpreet) also hung up on me in the middle of a conversation.

I picked up a pizza from here earlier in the year (after I quit) and the service had actually gotten worse, they cut the pizza with a blunt blade, the pieces were inseparable. Only one person working in the store at this time by the way. If you’re looking for good service try a suburban Domino’s. Avoid this store, Flinders St and South Melbourne Domino’s at all costs (all the same franchisee) - though corporate should be held accountable just as much.

No training was given either. Every night the backlog of delivery orders was so big it was unbelievable, which was partly a result of poor organisation.

Edit: Domino's have replied to this review saying 'sorry' and 'help us to investigate'...yeah you already said this a year ago when I reached out to you...if you guys actually did investigate, why are you asking to do...

The service we got here tonight was absolutely appalling. We ordered 2 pizzas at 11:33pm and received email confirmation that it was cooking. Delivery ETA was 12:07am. I got a call at 12:15am saying they were cancelling my order as they are closed and I will be refunded in 3 days. I explained we have waited 40 mins (and now everything else is closed and we are starving) for the order and that we received confirmation and they were open when the order went in. Why did it accept the order and take my money? He just said it's a system error. Not once did he apologise and he was super rude the entire time. I then asked if we will receive a voucher or anything for THEIR mistake, he said nope sorry. I asked his name and said I'll be leaving a poor review on the service and his rudeness, he then hung up instantly and wouldn't answer.

Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour from this employee, when we ordered and paid etc on time (27 mins before closing and we are a 2 min drive from there for delivery). Do not recommend, go...

Poor, pathetic and irresponsible service ever i have heard over the phone and received. I ordered 10 chicken wings and they delivered 5 and drivers name mahen. i called over to check and retrieve another 5 pieces which i paid for and the guy refused to tell me his name or any manager on site at that time and argued with me or 5 mins over the phone. He asked some one in kitchen that he did packed 10 wings in his language . I told him if i had 10 wing why would i call back and the the guy on the phone had no clue that i knew the language they speaking behind the phone. I had heard the guy behind the phone saying that to "spit on the wing than deliver if i pressure them too much and as soon as i told the guy i knew the language they speaking he hung the phone up. Than i called again and some else answered and he said the person i was speaking too was Rajiv. i am very much surprise and offended with these staffs at dominos i dont know if the names given was right. Please check your pizzas well before taking a bite their mite be...

I ordered online and the ordered was placed at this store. Progress bar stopped moving after 30 minutes at "making order" so I had to call the store to ask. Eventually it arrived about 40 minutes late. It was around 3pm and I was told they were "very busy" on a Monday afternoon. The delivery person didn't come up and requested me to go down to pick it up which I did. His reason was "too many people are waiting for the lift" which was not true based on what I saw when I got downstairs. The pizza was ridiculously short on substance with very little meat or sausage that were supposed to be there. Photo attached. I don't know if Domino's run this shop or if this is a franchised store run by the store owner. Either way it doesn't deserve any business based on this poor experience. I will no longer order from this store and will make sure I let others know so that they too can avoid it.

🍕🔥 Uber Eats offered a discount of $5 on a purchase of $20+; as I was craving a pizza (long time no pizza!), I ordered the Chicken Supreme with classic crust and default pizza sauce ($21.10, $18.10 after discount). 😋👅 The pizza came in about half an hour and was delivered with great care. It was at the perfect temperature, and as far as the taste goes, Domino's pizza is delicious as usual. I was hungry, and gobbled it up pretty quickly. The crust was perfect, the toppings were just right without too much clutter. Looking forward to visit the place in person to savour in the slices of their pizzas!
