Domino's Pizza Mordialloc — Restaurant in Melbourne

so i was on the look out for a new pizza place after sammy boys changed owners and turned to crap and i tried a few in mordialloc and none of them were any good until i found millers pizza.

best pizza iv had in years, love the toppings and the base they know how to make great pizza and generous with toppings

i keep going back and i get the same great quality each time, friendly staff also helps to get me going back. great addition to mordialloc

i suggest some of their more expensive pizza. like the Prosciutto or the roast lamb or chilli king prawns. but i also like their normal type pizza. Meat lovers with real breast chicken is a tasty weekly buy and their "the lot" is very generous and tasty

Domino’s Pizza, Mordialloc - 1 Star

Absolutely terrible customer service. Domino’s Mordialloc has made it nearly impossible to place an order. They can’t handle online orders properly, and when I tried to call, they were unhelpful and rude. The staff seemed completely unwilling to assist or even try to resolve the issue.

It’s shocking that a business can operate like this—no effort to support the customer, no apologies, and no solutions. It felt like they just didn’t care. This isn’t just bad service; it’s non-existent service. I won’t be ordering from here again. Avoid this place...

I stood there for a full 5-6 minutes being ignored by staff… I said “excuse me and hi “ several times. 2 staff members started up the front could not get it together… I was the only one in the shop. Finally one boy told the second one to serve and it still took the young man another full monte or two of blank staring at me before he said anything. Didn’t mention deals, didn’t smile, took my order and was just “BLAH”. Front of house was dirty… as was the tables on the street. The litter is just disheartening. Pizza was relatively ok....
