Domino's Pizza St Kilda — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered from Dominos on 21 October 2025 and honestly this was the best Dominos experience I have ever had

I picked up three pizzas that day pepperoni pizza BBQ meatlovers pizza and spicy peppy paneer pizza and every single one of them was absolutely perfect The pizzas were hot fresh and looked so good as soon as I opened the boxes You could actually smell the freshness right away

The pepperoni pizza was full of flavor Every slice was loaded with pepperoni not a single part of the pizza was empty The toppings were spread out evenly and there was no stinginess at all Each bite had the right amount of cheese sauce and pepperoni The crust was soft inside golden on the outside and baked perfectly It had that proper Dominos taste that you can never get tired of This was honestly the best pepperoni pizza I have ever had

The bbq meatlovers pizza was just as amazing It was packed with toppings juicy meat smoky bbq sauce and that rich cheesy flavor that makes you keep eating even when you are full The balance of bbq sauce and cheese was just right not too sweet or heavy It felt like the perfect comfort food after a long day Every bite had beef chicken bacon and cheese blending perfectly together

The spicy peppy paneer pizza was another highlight It had the right amount of spice and the paneer pieces were soft and fresh The combination of capsicum onion and paneer tasted so authentic and full of flavor It had that nice Indian touch that Dominos is known for but the flavors were stronger and fresher this time It really stood out and was definitely one of the best vegetarian pizzas I have tried in a while

What really impressed me was how all pizzas were made with such good quality and attention to detail The toppings were generous the cheese was fresh and everything looked and tasted premium There was no cheapness or carelessness in the way they were made It honestly felt like the Dominos team that day put real effort into making sure every pizza was perfect

Even though I picked up my order the staff were friendly and quick My order was ready right on time and the pizzas were hot when I got them You can tell when food is made properly with care and this was exactly that

Overall I was extremely happy with the whole experience Everything from the freshness to the taste to the quality was excellent I have had Dominos many times before but this order on 21 October 2025 really stood out as the best ever The pepperoni pizza was loaded the bbq meatlovers was rich and satisfying and the spicy peppy paneer had the perfect kick of flavor

Raining, needed pizza for kids while I wrote an exam. Accidentally did pick up instead of delivery. Rang to change order. Man answered and said how long ago did you order (without asking what I wanted). I’d been on hold for seven minutes.. I told him.. seven minutes. Assuming I was complaining about time he immediately hung up. Rang back and got hold again. So I left home and went down there. When I asked who hung up on me and why he started abusing me. “Just give me back my money”. I said. He still doesn’t know why. So here is the answer. I just wanted delivery. Not to whinge. I would have paid, whatever they wanted. But they’re rude and don’t care. Made it easy for me to never go there again. Across the road is Topolino’s. For $10 less I got a massive family sized pizza bigger than the three I ordered from Domino’s put together and a hundred times better quality. My advice: they’re rude and the ‘cheap’ pizzas are tiny and pathetic compared to a real pizza from an Italian pizza shop. It is a false economy buying from them. They’re rude, cheap and sell tiny unappetising pizzas. Support your local restaurants who are actually producing good food with the added bonus that you will be served properly, as you would expect to be served. The Domino’s pizzas are really small with very little topping. I know because I’ve actually spent hundreds of dollars there getting fooled by the ‘specials’. But after this experience I went across the road to Topolino’s: made by an actual chef in a real pizza oven with the old fashioned size pizza pans. The toppings cover the whole thing, unlike Dominos, which are minute and leave a 5 cm size ring around the edge with nothing on it. This is a franchise producing cheap rubbish with workers probably being paid nothing and it shows. Don’t waste your money. It seems cheap but it’s not. The one you’ll get at Topolino’s is better and more appetising than the three you will get here. Plus you won’t be treated with utter contempt by workers who appear to literally...

Do not ever ever order at the Fitzroy st dominos because they don’t know their a$@ from their elbow. Service is quiet sloppy and rude they cannot follow instructions, they don’t like answering the phone as well they will turn up whenever it suits them with old cold pizza. Unfortunately been two occasions now that this incompetent Dominoes had stuffed up our orders. The first time I just thought it must of been a busy Friday night, I called them and was told: “WAS IMPATIENT “and I called again after 30 minutes and was told that I just need to wait because Uber drivers were not available. I wish they could of gave me a courtesy call to tell me that my pizza would be late or offer me another product for the wait... Unfortunately the second time around my Partner ordered dominos via Uber eats hoping he would get it from St Kilda east store because they actually know how to do their job. My partner ordered on Friday and waited more than 3 hours again and was abused by some employee that clearly does not understand customer service who “promised” him free “drinks”and “snacks” eventually he gave in and got food from somewhere else at 10:45pm He was shocked to find that the Dominos driver had finally decided to turn up with cold pizza and no drinks but with what appeared to be half eaten cold chicken kickers. The driver then was really rude and argumentative towards my partner and told him he had to PAY for the pizza in which my partner told him he had cancelled the order because he ordered it 3 hours ago. I ended up calling them to complain about the disappointing service and the quality of Food to only be hung up on. If I could give this story a 0 I would. This has to be the worst dominos...
