Read moreI ordered the salami pizza with vegan cheese, my husband had an Alfredo pasta with parmesan.
My pizza came first and looked mostly ok. As someone who only eats vegan cheese when I go out (due to lactose intolerance), I could see way too much had been put on the pizza. I love lots of (regular) cheese, but you just can't do that with vegan cheese. I ended up having to scrape 80% of the cheese off the pizza because it was so overpowering. The atmosphere was bleak and uninspired—more like a budget takeaway joint than a place you’d want to spend an evening.
If you’re keen on a “heart attack on a plate,” or don’t mind drinking several bottles of water afterward to counteract the salt overload, then by all means, give it a try. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place and spending your money somewhere that offers better quality food,...
