I've been here twice, and both times the service has been poor. First visit, I ordered a toastie for lunch. They cooked it, didn't call my name, and somehow gave it to an Uber pick-up. After 15mins, I had to ask where my order was, and they had to remake from scratch (maybe I should've asked earlier?!). So all up - over 20mins of a 30min lunch break gone before I'd got my food. Note this was pre-lunch rush when the store was quiet, and I was waiting in full view of the staff. I did get a refund (so a free-lunch) as an apology. Second visit today, also not that busy. Ordered a toastie and told it would be 4-5mins. 11mins later and I'm having to chase up how far away my food is. Being in a rush today and having deliberately gone for a quick meal, I'm now stuck with no time to eat. I can't believe it takes that long to toast a pre-made sandwhich.
The space is noisy, the staff speak quietly. They acknowledge customers only to take your order and then avoid any further contact. More interested in being hipster cool than actually engaging with anyone. If you've got all the time in the world, then the food is good enough - but avoid if you're...

We've only had a quick over lunch coffee here - the interior is awesome - minimalistic, clean - just beautiful.
There is a wonderful little selection of sandwiches and yummy salads to pick up for lunch - everything displayed beautifully.
Ordered a magic - it was a good double ris for it, not bitter; it was filled all the way to the top of the cup as opposed to the traditional 3/4 full cup. Didn't mind that at all.
Space is a little cold, as in temperature wise. Would have loved it so much more if it was nice and cozy inside - i.e. warm and inviting.
Service was all right - just professional - not rude but definitely not welcoming.
Will be definitely returning for pastries and more nibbles - and maybe an update...

I was pretty disappointed as the person behind the pastry counter asked for my order, not very friendly, pretty cold. As I waited for my iced latte, all three employees basically stood there on their mobile phones and didn’t look up. I waited for another two minutes before I looked at the guy behind the coffee machine about to follow up and to see if he’d actually stop looking at his mobile and start making my coffee. Makes the coffee and then comes out and asks who’s this coffee for? Seriously? If you looked up from your phone you would have seen I was the only one in there. It’s a shame as the place looks...
