the location of Taco Bill Collins Street is excellent - it is easy to find and conveniently situated in the heart of the city. The restaurant itself is well-maintained and clean, making for a pleasant dining experience. The food, the choices available are extensive and cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The dishes are all expertly prepared with fresh ingredients, and the drinks menu offers a great selection of refreshments to complement the meal. The staff at Taco Bill Collins Street are incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service is evident from the moment you walk through the door. In terms of pricing, Taco Bill Collins Street offers great value for money, with reasonable prices that don't compromise on quality or taste. The interior of the restaurant is also worth mentioning - it is stylish and modern, with a comfortable seating area that makes for a relaxing dining experience. The surroundings are also pleasant, with plenty of natural light and an enjoyable ambiance. The one parking situation is hassle-free, making it easy to access the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Bill Collins Street to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience that ticks all the boxes.

Back to Taco bill with my Mexican loving friend. I’m kind of embarrassed to tell people I come here but secretly I do enjoy it. It’s not traditional Mexican but it is consistent and it’s tasty. I recommend the chicken flautas (not on the menu but they’ll make them for you) with a side of guacamole Latest Revisited TB today and our food was served swiftly and was reasonably priced. My friend ordered the Mexican punch which I personally thought was a bit artificial tasting but she loves it and gets it every time. The idea of coming here and not drinking mango margaritas is preposterous to me so deliciously down the hatch they went. I don’t mind coming here every now and then for some faux Mexican but food snobs may disagree Original review I came to the Collins St branch for dinner with my Taco Bill obsessed friend and was pleased to find one of the more vibrant spaces in the TB chain (not to be confused with tuberculosis, this is a much more enjoyable TB). The interior was as bright and colourful as the food with plenty of atmosphere. This is westernised Mexican food that shouldn't be compared with more trendy and authentic modern eateries such as Mamasita etc. But I think there's still a place for cheesy cheese nachos with plenty of sour cream and guacamole 👌🏽

Nice little underground restaurant offering a range of mexican inspired dishes and drinks. We arrived just after opening. First 1s there so heaps of seats. Ordered our drinka and food an received our pancho de villa drinks 1.3litre frozen cocktails and complimentaty sombrero. Only real issue was as the only ones in the restaurant at time of ordering was disappointing that 2 of the meals come out not as ordered, but after alerting the server stuff missed was bought for the other meal and mine was taken and remade (had guacomole i had ordered without) come back and was beautiful tasting. Fresh corn chips. a lovely house made salsa and pulled beef brisket just worked together to create a.filling meal. Had a few pieces 9f the grilles corn with paprika and chipotle mayo... was amazing to say thenleast. Lovely flavour mix. Also had the dessert nachos. Defs recommend this. Was light, crunch ly and sweet with the smooth cold vanilla ice cream. Atmospere was lively once ppl started arriving(as said we had arrived just after open). We all enjoyed our meals, drinks and dessert thoroughly though.. If you need that fix of mexican food defs a place to try before you try a chain like gyg.

If the gods of Mexican cuisine were ever to descend upon Earth in search of a temple devoted to the sacred taco, they would find their paradise at Taco Bill. What I experienced here was nothing short of divine rapture wrapped in a warm tortilla.

The night began with a cascade of colour, music, and the unmistakable aroma of sizzling spices—an olfactory symphony that seduced every sense. Then came the tacos: plump, golden, and overflowing with flavour. Each bite was a crescendo of perfectly seasoned meats, crisp lettuce, molten cheese, and velvety guacamole, tucked lovingly into soft or crunchy shells. These were not mere tacos. These were edible sonnets—tacopoetry, if you will.

And then—oh, then—came what I can only describe as the Mexican equivalent of spring rolls: petite parcels of joy, golden-fried to perfection, filled with savoury morsels and bursting with smoky depth. Whether these delights were taquitos, flautas, or simply magic in disguise, I do not know—but they danced on my palate like mariachis at midnight.

But the jewel in the crown? The bottomless margaritas. Flowing like a river in some mythical agave valley, these citrus-laced elixirs elevated our dinner to legend status. Each glass shimmered with zesty brilliance, rimmed with salt, and packed just enough punch to remind you that joy, indeed, is a beverage.

Taco Bill did not merely feed me. It awakened me. I laughed until my cheeks hurt, danced in my seat, and devoured with the gusto of a woman reborn. It was, without a single doubt, the best night of my life.

Viva Taco Bill. You glorious,...

Loved the look of the decor and the place had a nice feel to it, however the nice feel soon disappeared when we were served by the man behind the counter. He looked like he did not want to be there at all, no customer service whatsoever. Thought maybe he is having a bad day, we all have them so moved on from that. Had the starter of Stuffed Jalapeno, they were probably the best part of the whole experience. Mains were slow cooked beef nachos and La Combinacion. The nachos had a small amount of beef on it, which was probably a good thing at this point as the beef was dry and tasted like it had been cooked a few days ago and just microwaved to serve. The La Combinacion looked like a plate of slop, nothing like the pictures, you could not tell what was what on that plate. It was our first meal of the day and we just ate it out of hunger (regretfully). When it was time to pay there was another man serving (assume generally works in the kitchen), as all he said to us was "oh I guess I can take your payment" (assuming he does not usually do that role?). At this point I should have said "actually no you don't have to take my payment", and continue to explain to him why I think $64 for those meals was ridiculous. However I did'nt and just wanted to get out of there. Not at any point did anyone ask "how everything was? Did you enjoy your meals?" Nothing, nada! NOT authentic Mexican, and upon further research I noticed Taco Bill is a food chain,...
