The experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of an employee named Sisi.
Unhelpful and Dismissive: When we asked her to confirm the photo dimensions, she rudely replied, "I don’t know, you have to tell me," and only checked after we insisted. Her attitude was impatient and unhelpful.
Rude Communication: During the photo-taking process, we asked if some hair covering our ears would affect the validity of the photos. Instead of addressing our concern, she repeatedly said, “What do you mean?” in a dismissive and condescending tone.
Impatience and Unprofessionalism: When I suggested using a hair clip to adjust my hair, she loudly insisted it wasn’t necessary, stating, "This is your natural hair," and even attempted to handle my hair without my consent, which was highly inappropriate.
Disrespectful Tone: My partner’s polite clarifications were met with loud and impatient responses, which felt more like scolding than customer service.
As paying customers, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were treated with impatience, disrespect, and a lack of willingness to assist.
I hope Australia Post addresses this issue seriously. Customers deserve better service...
Read moreI had the worst experience with an older lady behind the counter called Sani. She was chitchatting to her colleague when I first entered. She started asking so many questions about packaging and I said I have sent packages many times and have to go back to work. She then wrapped my things which I have packaged together neatly without care like it’s nobody’s business. I then mentioned her name which she became defensive and said I came there mad which is false as she knew she wasn’t doing her job professionally. This is my favourite post and I was very happy. She ruined my day. Get work done efficiently please. I go to this post a lot and all the staffs are very nice, this one however missed the mark terribly. If only for this staff, I will not recommend going. I would like to make a formal complaint to...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an AusPost branch. I waited over 15 minutes with no assistance, and there were two lanes with confusing descriptions that didn’t clarify where to go. When I finally asked for a visa photo for China, I was told they don’t do photos for Chinese visas because the requirements were “too fussy” (like needing a white background).
However, the AusPost website clearly lists China as a supported country for visa photos. Isn’t it your job to find out what exactly the requirements are and make sure the photo meets them? It’s incredibly frustrating to be refused a service that’s advertised online. This experience felt rude and unprofessional. Please address these inconsistencies and improve...
