We had a very difficult and long battle with our rodent problem, both mouse and rats. In April this year, we had mouse problem. After a couple of weeks of trying to get rid of them ourselves, we got nowhere. We then decided to ask for professional help. After two visits by the first pest control company, we still have rodent issue a short period after each treatment. We then called Zero Pest, because Zero Pest offer a good guarantee and also they have many positive reviews online. On Darren’s first visit, he did a thorough investigation inside and outside the house and told us what needed to be done. However a few weeks after initial visit, we start to have problem again. Darren visited us 2nd time and told us, this time we have rats instead of mouse with proof of photos. Like last time, Darren told us what need to be done, as there’re different requirements for rats and mouse. A few weeks later we still have issues, so we called Darren in again the 3rd time. Darren double checked everything, refilled the baits and removed a dead rat in the roof. Our battle has not finished, but we have no hesitation to write this review. Darren is very responsive and he tried to arrange the time for the house inspection as I have jobs during the day which is not very flexible. He came on time and communicated with me during the whole process. He explained what happened and what he was going to do, he spent time to do a full house inspection and took plenty of photo to show me.
