I have booked a fair few venues in the past to cater for around 50+ of us and we have always encountered some sort of issue or another. So I was surprised how easy and smooth the whole process was with Flight Club, specially based on how recent they opened their doors on Russell St. The venue itself is gorgeous, from the layout and the décor to the music and vibes. What a sad disappointment , Came here for a Meal Early New Years Eve, Ordered 1 x Steak Sandwich & 1 X Chicken Parma On arrival of food 2 x burnt parma,s came out & 1 steak sandwich. Step son went to the bar to Explain , we only ordered 1 x Parma & Smart Mouth Behind the Bar was Lippy. Thankfully conversation with manager ensured 1 Parma refunded & the Remaining burnt Parma replaced with a freshly cooked one . Can,t believe they actually brought the burnt parmas out to be served.Needless to say after waiting 30 minutes for a freshly cooked Parma, my step son had well & truly finished his meal. This place was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were so lovely and accommodating to my partner and I. Service was quick and cocktails were outstanding. The darts and boards used were also great and counted points correctly and quickly. Kaitie specifically was literally the most lovely human ever. She was extremely nice to us, helped whenever we needed and even gave us a couple cute extras that she absolutely didn’t need to. Love her she’s the sweetest.
