Great atmosphere to be in. Staff are very pleasant to engage with. And food was a great example of what street food is all about! Would post pictures but I ate it too quickly 😅

On a serious note the burgers aren't as big as some of the other joints however In comparison to price. This joint is highly affordable. Think I paid about 20 bucks for a burger and loaded chips and im not gonna be eating till dinner. Very satisfied

Just had two orders of takeaway Flippin Beef Burgers from Polaris, Bundoora would have to be the worst burger I have ever had. The bun fell apart loaded with oil, the bacon soggy, 2 thin slices of tomato, a small piece of lettuce, the burgers are tasteless, only the chips were worth eating and to top all the two young people behind the counter, the girl with gloves, the young man no gloved putting the mess together. only noticed how all this was after opening the bag at home $40 bucks donation to Flippin and the Burger to the waste...

I’m too old and too long married to go to the strippers, I’ve never been to a peep show, but watching Ol’ Mate put that burger together through the counter top glass window, that was most certainly an experience. Super fresh, flavoursome and presented beautifully. The aptly named simpleton is just that! A fresh no frills burger that has everything a great burger needs.
