Im extremely disappointed with my experience as I had placed my order 2 days in advance for Father's day for it to be delivered around 5.30pm. However the store cancelled the order at 4pm, when I called to clarify the situation. I was informed that I had cancelled it, I have screen shots that say otherwise. Yet the store will not accept responsibility. I understand it is a busy time with covid etc but I did place my order with enough time. Well i ordered a few drinks on deliveroo amd they showed me a waiting tym of 35 mins so i waited and waited but still after 1 hour and 48 mins of waiting it didn't came and still the time was changing and making me wait till the next day if the order was confirmed why didn't u guys bother to make it and send it y didn't u switch ur system off if u guys were closed .... .... U guys are taking business for granted and i never got my refund due to this...
